Good experience renting the car. The seats were not all that clean with tissue papers lying around and a beer cap under one of them. Cost was reasonable. Best part - They pick you up and drop you off in West Lafayette. This is very convenient. Will probably rent from them again.
Nick was absolutely awesome! Great customer service!!!! Worrying about a rental was the last thing I wanted to organize in the middle of an emergency but he made sure everything was handled!!! It was very helpful getting picked up and Jordan at the office was very helpful as well!!! Thank you for getting everything organized for me!!!
The staff is great. I always get a free upgrade. They also offer complimentary ride when you drop-off. Awesome service.
Everything was just fine with the people and the service. It was the Jeep Patriot that I didn't particularly appreciate. It's a cheap feeling and running small SUV. I would suggest Enterprise not buy any more of them.
Every time I've been there I've unwittingly done something to make their jobs difficult. They always handle it gracefully and with a smile. No problems with any vehicles I've received either, so full points!
