Inconvenient store location for someone that is driving, has to find parking very far away, and then carrying a package in.
They charge astronomical prices for everything, just because they are located in the Union. For example, I had to send a card from West Lafayette to South Califonia in the 2 day priority mail, they quoted $30-40!
Used them because I didn't have time to go to Fedex. Got charged 20$ for 7 day shipping. Fedex charged 12$ for 3 day shipping on the same item.
