They're selling rotten food!
Here service and products are horrible. They do ignore customer's question, and I often find mold in their food products. You can find the Korean products in three chinesese markets here. Check them out.
I bought a frozen gyu don at the store and I found it had a terribly foul smell after I heated it as instructed. I had bought a lot of these gyu don at other Asian markets and they smelled normal. For this store, they must have bad storage to keep their food fresh.
Ice cream was melted and refrozen. Will not go again
They need to clearly show the prices of the products. A lot of them are not tagged with prices and you have to ask the cashier to find out the price. I have asked them 3 times before but they seem to just ignore the request.
Edited: they started putting the price tags but still missing some.
I went to this market for four years while I attended Purdue, and now that I've returned to the area, I have resumed my patronage. They have a great selection of products and they make sure I am never without my daily necessities. Love them!
