Omg. The woman on the phone there is unhelpful and rude. I simply called for a simple question and she talked down to me and made me feel dumb.
I hope you do not have the same experience as me and I hope they do not make this mistake often.
My reason for giving a two star review is not due to the medical services provided. It is because according to my Experian credit report they filled a collection against me. I had insurance that should have paid for every visit I made. They did not contact me. I have e-mailed them without response. I have called and was put on hold.
