Ordered online for a delivery. Called an hour later and the driver said he attempted to deliver. I left instructions on which building and room number. The driver was rude during the entire phone call and raised his voice the entire time. Maybe I made a mistake but there's no reason to be rude about it. Correct me and I'll do better.
Last 3 times I have ordered delivery it has taken an hour to hour and a half to receive. Unacceptable for a Jimmy John's. I thought I would keep giving them chances and is was a fluke but it is a pattern now. I know the delivery guy last night said he even brought mine first since I had the largest tip on the receipt out of all the deliveries. Maybe they should start getting tips when the food gets here in a timely manner. Aren't they supposed to be "freaky fast" !?I don't know if they are having staffing issues or what?
The subs are so good! And they are freakishly fast!
Omg yesterday I ordered a Turkey Tom and right after I ordered they gave it to me. I thought they had the wrong person because it was so fast. They gave me my sandwich with my receipt. Very impressed
