Been here twice within the past month, each time it took over an hour to get food. Both times they were not busy, the first time the waitress added a $3 tip after we left cash. The staff seems unmotivated, as you can see many people standing around at any time, today we saw someone drinking from a sauce cup putting food on trays. Overall, terrible mediocre experience. Not sure what's wrong, but something isn't working at this location, and until it's fixed I recommend anywhere else. It's an expensive place to eat, and this stuff just isn't tolerable at these prices.
The service here is extremely slow. This is my second time in a row coming here, thinking that the first time was a fluke, but this wait is unbearable. In fact, it took roughly about 15 to 20 minutes to actually get water, which we had to get the attention of another waiter in order to get our drinks. What's even worse is that I'm kind of scared as to what's coming out given that the people behind me had their wings come out cold and I see a lot of food items up there that are waiting to be served (I can see the kitchen from where I sit), but are just staying there and not being brought out. No wonder why the food is cold, if it has to wait out there for that long. Even if a restaurant is a little understaffed with the proper organization they can still get orders out at a reasonable time. However, who they wait on his brother it consistent and apparently there is no designated tables for them to focus on. Until I learn anything different about this location, I will not be coming here or bringing my clients here ever again.
We tried to call ahead several times to place an order for carry out. No one answered. We got there to place a carry out order and the place was a mess. Tables full of dirty dishes, people waiting to be served, and people walking out because of the wait. It took over 45 minutes for our very simple carry out order to be ready. They messed up our order as well and gave us completely different food than we ordered and our food was cold
For some reason, every time I’ve come here the food has made me feel a bit ill. So I’ve stopped coming. Maybe it’s just me. But outside of that, the wait for the food has been long. The staff members are nice but don’t really go out of their way to help you. And when you need a refill or anything else, you have to stop the waiter/waitress to ask. They don’t stop by and check while you’re eating.
If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered carry out here recently and not only did they mess up my order and take 50 min when they said 25 min but the cashier stole from me and wrote a 5 dollar tip in. I wasn’t able to fully fill it out cause my18 month old was being fussy so the cashier took advantage of that and wrote her self a tip. I contacted management and they basically brushed me off and said I can have a $10 credit next time I go in. I don’t care about the $5 I more care about that the manager didn’t assure me this person would be disciplined and basically implied he can’t do anything cause I don’t have a receipt. I said I won’t come back again and he was basically fine with that, so am I now even though I order carry out about 3x a month from here. Also I find it hard to believe he can’t look the order up without a receipt number.
