Still think you have liberty and freedom? You've been had.

A very peaceful & relaxing place to go & enjoy the sounds of birds, bugs & collect your thoughts & recharge yourself.

The park is very clean and so are the restrooms. The paths are well maintained and clean but i have to say that there isn't much to do there. If you park in the wrong place like we did you have to walk a bit to get where you want to go. The people there were nice and helpful too. The village was smaller and less interesting than i thought it would be. But the cool thing is that the paths are spaced apart so its like your the only one there and on your own adventure.

Great park staff! Beautiful facilities and campground. Unique spot to visit!

This place is an implementation of agenda 21. If you don't know what Agenda 21 is, look it up. I will never go there again. State takes money. State takes land. State charges the tax payers to look at the land, but don't touch or use any of the resources that you pay for. Thousands of acres of meadow grass can only park in designated lots that are way away from anything interesting.

Hope to see you all there & enjoying our State Park soon!

We are so lucky we have a place like this to go & enjoy! In the evenings you may be lucky enough to catch a family of deer watching you. They also sell meat & eggs there.

A nice park. There are some trails for hiking, I recommend the ones along the creek or near the back by the pond over the ones through the prairie. The park is pretty new and they've been adding attractions, the farm house is quite nice. Stop in to buy fresh chicken and duck eggs, or just to see it.
