Our family has enjoyed The Wild Bird Shop for many years. They are very knowledgeable about local birds, butterflies, and small wildlife. The shop is very peaceful to browse, and they don't mind in the least if you come in just to sit in their big, comfy, indoor porch swing and gaze out their huge bay window to watch the hundreds of birds, butterflies, and small wildlife visit their many different feeders. The selection of beautiful nature-themed items cannot be matched. The frequently offer free classes on a wide variety of interesting nature topics. All around, an excellent asset to West Lafayette and Indiana.
Neat bird shop. Two floors with a bird sanctuary in the back with plenty of outside benches for viewing.
They have specials off and on with free seed with purchase above a certain threshold. Bird houses, feeders, feed, and other miscellaneous items.
