Not the worst for a freshman dorm
Owen Hall is very clean, and the dorms are reasonably sized given that they are some of the lowest-cost dorms on campus. There is no air conditioning, which sucks, but I am not PAYING for air conditioning. The RA's and SR's are super friendly, and I haven't had any problems with noise or people being rude.
If only the rooms were air conditioned
Clean, welll maintained and cheap. It has no AC, which is not a problem at all if you own a fan.
