It's in the country but only fast food or has station. No stores no grocery store...In winter, roads not cleared..it's country living. If you like starry nights and hearing frogs or your neighbor possibly...lol

Nice place to live. Inexpensive and quiet.
Price wise you pay rent plus lot monthly. If you want to own still same you never own the land. Area has tall trees thats been here...some need trimmed. The homes vary depending on what you need. There is swimming and fitness area....both can only hold so many. If you are tired of city life come to the Woods Edge!

Awful place!!!! I wouldn’t recommend living out here to anyone! The maintence does not do their job and the office lady Shelley is awful! She stalks your house and picks and chooses who she wants to leave a violation letter on their front door. It’s just an awful place to live!!
