The negative reviews are from people on the phone, I've never had to call this location because I just go in and talk to them face-to-face.
Overall great, close to where I live, I always come here to ship out stuff, they always have the packing materials right where you need it unlike other post offices, you can literally just come in, package what you need, ship it out, and that's it! PO Boxes are nice too.
I have never wanted to curse so much ever at someone in my entire life. I called this location for three times, and each time the call was cancelled until my fourth attempt. I asked the employee where was my package as I have never received any 'attempted delivery' notice, and he told me that apparently they tried to deliver but now I have to go pick it up myself. This is bullshit. I have never received any notice, and I suspect that the delivery man was probably lazing off somewhere instead. Laos questioned the employee regarding the cancelled calls, and he flippantly replied that 'this is the first time you're calling today'. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I THINK I'D KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I'VE BEEN CALLING TODAY! This post office is a location where competence, common sense, and etiquette has gone down the drain just like their lives.
Mind you I have been receiving this important piece of mail every week for sometime; all a of sudden I have been having a lot of issues with USPS. The gentlemen at the front was very rude, I didn't catch his name. I surely do hope someone gets it together over there.
I've been here and few times and can't figure out where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have had issues with USPS in the past but not from this location - it's a clean and well staffed postal spot. Staff here has treated me well and can't complain about anything I've gotten done here.
Today 10/27/27 I walked in and asked if the mail was running late due to not receiving my mail. I have signed up for informed delivery and did not receive what the USPS took a picture of. I asked the gentlemen about it at the front desk and he said tomorrow we can take care of it. Excuse me? Tomorrow? Carriers don't work out of this building we will take care of it tomorrow.
Trying to reach someone...anyone over there about a missing package. Called three times in a row and all three calls were never answered...they just rang until the calls disconnect. I don't doubt you all are busy but pick up and acknowledge the caller at least....I'll wait on hold until you can help...but at least pick up the phone.
