Had a great experience at Jos. A. Bank after less than great experience at Men's Warehouse in the past. The staff were knowledgeable, took their time, and helped me select the perfect suit. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this store, Greg and Casey were wonderful.
Men's warehouse was unfriendly and would not help me find something that fit me after giving me 3 jackets to try on. When I was at men's warehouse I asked about tailoring and he said 3 weeks at minimum. I received and unfriendly welcome from the staff at the front desk which looked like a group of 4 in their 20s that didn't not want to take on a customer and poor service by gentleman that gave up and stated "that's as good as you're going to get". I went to Jos a banks to look for a jacket and ended up buying a full suit because they were helpful in finding something that fit me better. They told me about different styles that would fit me better and must've brought 20 jackets to try one. We found a few that fit much better than the rest and then I chose one that still needed to be tailored to fit just right, but they said they could have it done in a week. I received my suit with a perfect fit two days later. Needless to say I'm not going back to mens warehouse.
Quality shopping experience from picking out, fitting, and purchasing. All the staff here was great and positive to work with, patient, and quick to point out ideas and recommendations. I had good variety for my price range and didn't fell pushed to make a decision. Not a huge store but plenty of brands, styles, and business dress picks available. Location is right on the main drag and easy to get into and park.
