I hate shopping. I went into Chico's to buy an outfit for my mother's funeral. I have to say that the staff at Chico's was incredible. They were helpful without being annoying. Donna showed so much compassion and later sent me a note. When I have to buy something new, I will definitely return and recommend this shop. (Janet Bledsoe)
I went in this store 03/29/17,to look for my wife and shawl. Even though they didn't have the item, the two young ladies working there went above and beyond in helping me. It's refreshing to come in contact with great employees! I told my wife about it and they have gained a customer!
