Was after the Purdue UofM game. The waitress was working extremely hard and still was excellent, shout out to her, also left something behind and she noticed and but it aside.I called to see if they had it still and the GM Nick was more then helpful. Great burger and great people
I would have given negative stars if I had the option.This is hands down the worst bar on campus.The bar tenders are especially rude without reason (they are mostly drunk). Me and my friends have stopped going inside, but the bar tenders seem to think that the city belongs to them. Even if I were to believe that they have their reasons to penalize us or ban us from the bar, they have harassed me and my friends on numerous occasions outside of the bar for no reason. I strongly advise against going here if you are looking to have a good time. If you do decide to go, be ready for bad service and possibly harassment by bouncers/ bar tenders.
$1 beers, mixed drinks and lemon drops was a solid deal when I went in on a Tuesday night. Had a pool table and darts set up which was cool but I didn't want to have to pay to use them. There's a decent amount of room and some tables in the back. The best part was playing Mario kart on a TV above the bar
I am writing this review 2 hrs after visiting 308 (0ct 2017). 308 used to be a really fun place. I have noticed that they have newish bartenders and they actually refused to serve me and my friends after only being there for under 30 minutes. I know that its arbitrarily up to the bartenders, but I feel that it was somehow personal and I feel very disrespected. I actually like and respect one of the DJs and one of the bouncers, but the manager was unable to say much except that tge bartenders decided to cut you off. The arbitrary nature of the decision makes it hard for others to determine if they were making a good call or being discriminatory. I'm only writing this because it has happened to two of my friends twice already in the month previously and I am just now experiencing it.
Fun for get togethers. Pool tables are a plus. Super popular with the comments crowd and very busy on weekends. Prices are fair.
