Worst service ever, food was cold and mediocre. Waitress was clueless, came back to table after 10 minutes to ask me which side I wanted , since I ordered two, which i had had to tell her initially that the order came with fries and a side. Asked me did I want to pay for the 2nd, could only get one. I asked for menu, and showed her what menu said. She said "oh", an awkward, slightly embarrassing episode for the customer. she came back after 30 mins and asked us " how is everything?" we just looked at her. No food had been delivered, we just had empty drinks. It was like a bad movie. We think she had forgotten to put the order in, the appetizer hadn;t even come out. 15 mins later we got the appetizer and the order at the same time. . Food was substandard, some was cold, nothing was worth returning for. $40-$50 (order was split, I only know one total) wasted, very unhappy. Even paying the check was an ordeal with this waitress, poor attitude. Awful. She stood less than 5 feet away from us most of the time we were there, doing something on the cash register, yet didn;t see we had no food, nor drink refills.
Good service. Good wings. A little heavy on the sauce but that's not a big problem because you can just knock the extra off. Overall, I would recommend!
I wish I was able to give less than one star! Our experience was horrible! We tried to cut them some slack as they were getting slammed with after the PU football game crowd. However, it took over 2 hours to get our food-some of the food was barely warm and not what was ordered. We were very quiet and didn't make a fuss. How were we compensated? $15 off a $150 tab. Pitiful! We won't be back and will be letting everyone I know about our experience. I work at Purdue and my family attends a lot of campus events - it's a shame this is such a bad place because its in a great location from campus.
FYI try the rib tips, dry rub style! Matt's fav. and a delicious choice! Thanks guys!
Slow service, food very midling, beer selection mundane. If can, drive a little more down the road and go to Hunters Pub.
Mgrs Nate and Matt really care about customer satisfaction. After my first lack-luster visit, they really took ownership of making sure I was completely happy with my food and service and I gotta tell ya, them going the extra mile made the difference to me! They listened to my concerns, and completely flipped my initial opinion of Wings etc. I really appreciate the fact that they went an extra step to secure a better reputation. They earned my future business!
