Dr. Snyder and his staff took very good care of our child and we loved it there! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician!
ZERO star and hated this experience.
They have aweful communication among the employees. They keep giving appointments without making sure they have enough shots available and if they run out, they don't bother to call patient to reschedule or not come since they are out. And on top of all that, they are not even sorry for disappointing and causing the patients so much inconvenience.
I got an appointment for my daughter's flu shot. Next morning i went in there signed in and waited. Later the lady on the desk stood in her seat and told me that the nurse used the last shot right before you came in.
