I have been insured by State Farm for most of life and had several agents over the years as out standing as they all are Trent and his entire staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Once you meet with Trent you'll see what I mean. Thanks Trent for all you do.
I came in to see Trent and review my accounts. He acted as if he was too busy to help. Someone came in and through his glass office he kept looking at the person who came in and it was obvious that he wanted me to leave so he could talk to the person that came in. I asked him if he needed to go as I was trying to get the information I needed. Each of my questions was answered with "yep, yep, yep" and so on . Bad service!
Sheila at Trent's office is just fabulous! She is super pleasant, helpful and always takes great care of her client's needs. Trent Johnson has a wonderful group of people :)
I have to say, I love working with Trent and his office. I didn't fully appreciate it until my father passed away and I had to deal with the ZERO customer service and delays in working with a doofus of an agent that my father used. Trent and his team know that when you call them, for the most part, you are experiencing a stress and do they do their very best to help you through it. I've been with Trent for over 10 years now and plan on never leaving.
