Typically my experience here is good and the food is great. However I had a terrible experience today (Oct 6, 16 at 10:40pm). I don't know who these two employees are but they were extremely rude and dumb. Normally I sit near the table close to the counters where they serve food and wait for them to call. I find out after ten minutes that my ice cream has been sitting on the counter for two minutes and it started to melt. I tried making eye contact with one of the employees with no success. So I went up to the counter to ask and they just made this 'shoo go away' motion with their finger and told me to wait. After three minutes they come up and tell me that they called me (which they clearly didn't loud enough) and that the ice cream was sitting there for five minutes. Well gee I wonder what I've been trying to do for the last three minutes genius.
