Great option for a quick takeout lunch. I always take their healthy option with two tuna rolls. Their portions are a little on the small side, so we often order an extra roll to round it off.
I really love this place and eat here all the time. Apparently their website doesn't work when you're trying to order food, though. I ordered through their website an hour and a half ago and got a confirmation that they were working on it. I just called them since it was taking so long and they said they never received my order and that their website had never sent it to them. So they are making it now, but didn't offer any compensation or anything.
The customer service is horrible. Not the service from the gentlemen making the food but from the one who takes the money. This is my second bad experience with him. It makes me feel some type of way spending my money there. He was even rude to his worker. When the worker couldn't understand what the order was, he asked the cashier what he meant ant he was rude to him and told him to figure it out. I am a business owner in the mall and believe that customer service is key in serving. The cashier does not demonstrate that at all. Even when I asked if they had a certain sauce he quickly responded "No" and disregarded me. Then the one making the food stepped in and said they did have it. The ones preparing the food should be up close and personal dealing with the people because they have great customer service. They want to serve, however the cashier needs to be taught what serving means before he should be put before customers. Not a people's person at all. His whole demeanor demonstrates that he's not there for the service of the people. If you don't believe me, just ask the men who prepare the food. He treats them rude as well. I hope that this is corrected because the food is great, but what is great food, with rude service. I will be returning when I see better service. Everyone deserves a second chance, in which I've given him, but my next visit will be the third. My prayer is that he learn something from this matter and change. Not only for the sake of the business, but for the sake of his character.
Quick, fresh rolls made right in front of you. Most of the rolls on the menu are around $5. There isn't much seating, so it's usually best to order to-go and eat outside on a nice day. The staff have always been friendly and polite. This is definitely my favorite sushi place on campus.
Great selection of sushi rolls here. I do think it's a little overpriced for a takeout place and the wait is very long even when there isn't a line. But it's very good sushi and worth the wait.
