Sometimes helpful, Sometimes you have to wait to be helped. I wish i could say that one communications provider's stores were signficantly better than others.
Alas, there isn't enough of a difference between communcations stores to justify switching.
I had my mobile set going for a dive 2 days ago, and I had a spare phone that I thought I can use for this situation. I went to this store yesterday and asked them to help me with the problem.
All for free!
Horrendous customer service. Went in to purchase a Note 7 and an iPhone 7. Only had the note (okay, fine. You can't stock EVERYTHING.) Overly convoluted "solution" to only one phone being present at the time. Well, the reason it was a "solution" is it didn't really work. When my Mother's iPhone came in, they gave us a call. We were unable to make it into the store for a couple days due to her busy schedule when we were greeted with a phone call 2 days after her phone arrived (still hadn't picked it up yet) and in a threatening tone told us we had until Sunday evening to pick up our phone before they sold it to someone else. We rushed in to the store Saturday to pick up the phone when we were told that they needed to "alter the SKU so it didn't ring up as a new phone" to get the price we'd been promised. They somehow messed it up and we were told to come back at a different date. Yesterday, when we returned, I mentioned the phone call to the manager and he simply told me that "actually, it's normally a 24 hour policy, so you guys should consider yourselves lucky." Moments after this, we were told that the SKU was "unsellable" to anybody and it needed to be returned to the warehouse. At this time I asked about trading my Note 7 in (the replacements have started malfunctioning too) and in an annoyed tone told me it was only for the 1st generation ones, and that mine was perfectly fine. The same day, Samsung announced recall #2. Now, I have to waste another couple gallons of gas for the FIFTH OVERALL TRIP TO THIS SPRINT STORE. The final time I will set foot in this store voluntarily is to return my Note 7. Inexcusable behavior from management and staff alike.
Well qualified staff. Unfortunately didn't have the service for my phone.
They told me where to go to get help with fixing the phone, which fortunately I did and now the phone is working. They also told me that even if that does not work they can transfer my number to the other mobile set. They even took the time to check whether there are any compatibility issue (which there wasn't)
The manager of the store was very helpful and took care of everything. The 2 workers kept me entertained while my data transferred over helped me optimize my plan. Also picked a nice case for my phone. Would recommend 10/10
