Quick response & referral system. Excellent and respectful Physician and support staff. They will get you referred out for Specialty Care very quickly. And you CAN recve' travel pay when you go here from local area as well. Sorry to see that Mr. Davis was unhappy with the care he got, but my hubby has had nothing but excellent care from this facility.
This place is a joke, The Doctors might be good for the flu but anything else good luck. If you need paper work for your job make sure the Doctor doesn't deploy in the middle of everything. YIKES, almost lost my job on that one. I agree with another person, go to Danville, Indy, or pay for urgent care. You get what you pay for here!
Go to Danville or Indy to receive your VA healthcare. This facility is an absolute joke, the doctors here are highly unqualified.........as in I was asked if my prescription was entered correctly in the computer? huh? Of course it wasn't and it took four months for me to get my prescription. Save yourself the headache and just drive and have 1 of the hospitals reimburse you the driving money or take the shuttle. Big thumbs down.
