Both times different people. Always really friendly and felt like they genuinely care about doing good work. Little pricey but for me definitely worth the good service.

Got my eyebrows done here, they did a great job and were very accommodating since i had my 4 year old with me. They let him sit in the chair next to me and play on my phone. Very nice and fast. Thanks! Cute salon too!

I've been going to Mikaela for several months now and she is the absolute BEST! She does a fantastic job with color and always styles my hair perfectly. She is a joy to work with and really knows what she is doing!! Highly recommend both Mikaela and Eclectic.

The next day I decided 2 call again.I called, and calmly explained 2 a diff receptionist what had happened & y I was asking for a refund. I said since apparently nothing was done wrong I don't trust that it'll come out right if they try a second time and that's when she shut the phone in my face. 2nd time someone hung up on me mid-convo.

Then i get a call back from the owner, and she basically goes off on me, saying I've insulted the stylists and harassed them by calling so many times (note this is my 4th call, and the 2nd was to call back cuz the receptionist told me to and 3rd was me calling back cuz they left me hanging on a response) so this is technically only my 2nd call to try to resolve the situation and get a refund. I tell her I have NOT been rude, I only was stating what happened to me and that a mistake was made with my hair. She didn't really let me get much in, but said that at this point after my behavior (because I am asking for a refund cuz my hair is ruined because if them?) she doesn't think any of the stylists would want to work on me and I am NOT getting a refund. She emphasized the no refund and said if I called again or stopped by she would call the police. Then shut the phone in my face when I was trying to tell her that I didn't understand why I got charged $226 for a hairstyle that didn't last 4 days and made me half blonde half pink I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if I can get my money back.

I waited. They didn't call back so I did. I was given a guy 2 talk to. He said it was my hair's fault & gave me an ultimatum. Either come & we can re-apply the dye or dye it another color or this convo is over. At this point I'm feeling attacked. I hate confrontation & on top of that I have these people telling me it's my fault my hair is half pink half blonde. I said why can't I have a refund? He shut the phone in my face.Wen i 1st calld I tried 2 b nice. I even apologized multiple times 4 having to come back and complain but I rlly couldn't accept this. They were nice at 1st but got more & more defensive the more I insisted a mistake was made with my hair.

My stylist was very kind, and my cut was done well. My issue was with my coloring experience. I'm really let down by my experience. I chose a rose gold color, and it was beautiful when I left the salon. The stylist gave me lots of advice on how to maintain it, and I was told to expect some fading as pinks don't last long. This was fine for me. I followed the advice super well, yet all of my pink color washed out completely in one wash. This was an expensive service, so I was pretty bothered by this. I decided to call and see what I could do since I lost most of my color after just one wash. I was told id have to pay again and would also need to invest in some high end products. I'd just spent a ton of money to get this done, and was expected to pay even more to correct it. I'm sure many people never have an issue. Just know that if you are unlucky like me and have issues you won't receive any help unless you pay up. I paid over $100 for a color I enjoyed for three days, which just isn't fair at all. This salon has probably ruined me from ever trying to get my hair colored ever again.

I called and askd if they cud dye my hair pink if I showed them a pic of the color. The receptionist said YES OF COURSE! I asked about pricing & said it was dark brown,long, not thick, curly. She said around $150, maybe a bit more (160 or 170).

I went. picked out 2 color shades from their hair samples & said I wanted the middle. She agreed. She said it might not turn out exactly the right shade but it will be in that range. She also said it wud wash out in around 4 weeks and I would b blonde aftr. I agreed.

4 days later I washed it. almost cried. My hair was half pink, half blonde. I tried to stay calm. It was dead wk, I was busy. But i found time 2 call 2 days later on Friday, exactly 1 wk after. I explained my situation. The receptionist was shocked at first, said "well that IS weird". I asked what could b done. She said she wasn't sure if it could be fixed if my hair just didn't take the dye. I said I wanted a refund if that was the case. She gave me the owner. The owner said she wasn't sure if I was telling the full story and I should talk to the stylist. So I did, ignoring the insinuation that I might be lying. I told her how my hair was half pink half blonde and that clearly there was some kind of mistake and I said I hated to do this but I just really couldn't ignore how bad my hair looked and I wanted a refund. She said she didn't make any mistakes and she "has been doing this for years and knows how to do her job". I said I'm sure she's great but clearly a mistake was made with my hair. back and forth, no resolution, she blamed it on my hair type and said she warned me. I said nobody told me I'd be half blonde half pink or that it would wash out in 1 wash. She told me she'd call back.

She dyes my hair. It's nothing like what I asked 4, but it's still pretty so I walk out happy. I even tipped $24 despite being charged $226 even tho I was told it would cost around $150.

    She dyes my hair. It's nothing like what I asked 4, but it's still pretty so I walk out happy. I even tipped $24 despite being charged $226 even tho I was told it would cost around $150.
