I have heard fabulous conversation that has intrigued me to stop in.I am overall wondering how much a a airbrush tanning session would be and to get my hair treated.The color is fine,I just want to be pampered.
I got the best hair color and highlights from a stylist at this salon. My only regret is that I did not leave a tip that reflected how happy I was with the detailed and meticulous way she did my hair. However I will be going back to double the tip. I left with my hair wet, and was unable to fully see the color and highlights. I was not feeling well and after sitting for over 4 hours I opted to leave with wet hair. I felt the price was too high, and my tip was low. Yet by the time my hair dried I saw how great of a job she did, and I believe now after the results, that in this salon you get what you pay for. I only hope in the future she will do my hair again, because over many years of stylists no one has ever done a better job. My hair is long and thick and she took hours to do a great job, and I have never been more pleased with the results. Thank you so much Lupé!
I loved going here so much that I continued even after moving an hour and a half drive away. Last time I went I asked if they could squeeze in my daughter for a quick cut which my stylist did, after saying I had to skip the massage and wash and just get a quick trim. I was not informed that I would still have to pay $54 for a 5 minute trim! Not a drop of product was even used in my hair. Then I was charged $22 for my 4 year old's cut which is super cute but I would have skipped if I knew how expensive the whole 30 minutes of service was going to be! I understand I booked for a cut and style, but I didn't get that. I should not have been charged so much. It's infuriating and I will never go back!!! Amy T
Haircut is great but they are not so good at scheduling. They changed the appointment by 15 min without telling me. Apparently, they called me but I couldn't answer because I was at work. I called back, and when I asked the motive of the 1st call, the person had no idea. I asked her if it was to confirm my appointment at 5:15 pm and she said yes. The next day I arrived to my appointment, and "I was late" because I show up at the time of my appointment instead of the new time. They wanted me to reschedule but I decided to cancel it.
