Great job but was real late for appointment. 11:30 appointment but got to house at 2. They should have called me not me calling company.
We were very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning service. My wife wanted to replace one of the carpets with hardwood flooring. After having it cleaned, she said it brought it back to life and it no longer needed to be replaced.

Did a great job. I last used Chem-Dry many years ago and recall the clean, fragrant smell after the service. Furniture was clean but no fragrant smell afterwards. I also had to deal with 'over spray' on adjacent furniture and floor. Even with discount, services were pricey. I will try again!
Cat urine in minivan extremely difficult to remove. Second, very thorough, treatment done at no extra charge. Great people, good service.
