Great friendly service. I wish they could send a notification when the cleaning is done; but they get it done within the time they specify, so that's fine
Very expensive. Its customer service varies with personnel. And they should put more effort in remodeling their building because it looks very old and uncared-for.
I have been going to Sparkletone since 2008. I get my work shirts dry cleaned just about every quarter and it is generally an order of 40 to 50 items. Every time my clothing is cleaned at Sparkletone, it comes back perfectly clean and even ordered according to garment color. The young ladies there are fantastic and always kind. They always help me out to my car with my large order. You guys are the best!
Always caring, smiling, quality service from this excellent place. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way—in each direction—twice weekly because SparkleTone treats me like a valued guest, not like an annoyance. It sets them apart from the options nearest me, and it’s worth the drive every time.
