If your real estate agent recommends this company stay away. I know Keller Williams of Lafayette has them as a top choice. They don't stand behind anything when they make a mistake. If they miss something serious during the inspection it's on you. So let's just say you close on your new home and within the first month you find out it needs a major repair, plan on just having to pay. The most you will get from them is a refund basically saying they know they screwed up and gave you bad information. Find a home inspector you know and trust, don't use Expert Home Inspections of West Lafayette!
Expert Home Inspection provides great service. Prompt, timely, and professional. I appreciate that they focused on the critical and costly items that truly impacted my experience as a homeowner, versus a bunch of nit picky cosmetic items.
