Bad: Rude staff, you will never see the security deposit for the fitness center key, we lived there for almost a year and had two pests: (bedbugs and cockroaches), and they do not care at all for customer service.
Good: Pool, tennis courts, and easy parking.
Second, after being here for three years, my rent was late for half a day. I begged them to waive the $25 just once, as I am in really bad situation with my father dying and me being away from him and forgot my rent along with many other things I forgot this week. Well they did not. OK, I understand rules are rules, at least show a little empathy when talking to people. Money is not everything.
Absolutely terrible place! Lied to us and said we were approved just so that some guy could get out of his lease! Wanted us to sign a lease on the 12th of July but we didn't hear until Monday the 10th. They were so eager to get this guy out of his lease that they went against qualifying requirements to get us approved, assured by Anita that the manager would agree with her. Then the manager told us at the last minute that we weren't approved. I've been a leasing consultant before and I can tell you this is TERRIBLE management. Everyone there is SO RUDE especially Shanda, good lord, she is clearly miserable at her job and she's highly abrasive, just do the girl a favor and fire her. She obviously has no desire to do anything but talk down to people. Unprofessional staff and the apartments are nothing to write home about. Do not rent here!

First, when someone took over my lease for summer and I planned to go back in August after she moved out, the staff told me for any damage that person would make to the apartment, that person would be responsible. When I came back and wanted to confirm that answer, the management told me the opposite. that I would be responsible for any damage to the apartment. Thank God nothing had happened, otherwise I had to pay. Why would you give conflicting responses to people?
Covered parking for $15/month. Affordable rents.
Worst: they told we picked up a security deposit from a friend's apartment when we never did. Their archives are very subjective to the mood of the manager in the hour you go.
Don't even think in live here, right in the corner is Peppermill village which is awesome (I had the opportunity to live in both). The staff here is really rude and they try hard to get your money no matter the method , so think twice before rent an apartment.
Only drawback is their 2 bed 2 bath does not have separate dining. Insulation is bit issue in winter but nothing deal breaker.
Great location for students and small family.
